Returns and Exchanges Policy
At canwer.art, our garments are made using an on-demand production model. This means that each product is manufactured exclusively for you once you place your order.
1. Size exchanges: Since each item is made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges or returns if you have chosen the incorrect size. We strongly urge you to consult our Size Guide (available in each product description) before finalizing your purchase to ensure you select the correct option.
2. Manufacturing defects or errors: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, an incorrect print, or damage during shipping, we will be happy to help. You must notify us of any issue within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order, including photographs of the defect so that we can process a solution with our supplier.
3. Returns: Returns will not be accepted for products that have not been previously reviewed and authorized by our support team.
